Install Liberty Translator

Download and unzip the file above
Go to chrome://extensions (or brave://extensions / edge://extensions)
Enable Developer mode (top-right toggle)
Click Load unpacked and select the unzipped folder

Firefox

Download and unzip the Firefox file above
Go to about:debugging#/runtime/this-firefox
Click Load Temporary Add-on
Select the manifest.json inside the unzipped folder

Note: Temporary add-ons are removed when Firefox restarts.

What happens next?

Visit any news site. The extension scans for euphemisms and shows a badge count. Click the icon to see the Propaganda Score. Enable auto-highlight to see euphemisms marked on the page. Click any highlighted phrase to see the plain-language translation. Right-click selected text to translate, fact-check, or summarize.
